Please note that although we can arrange international delivery, we would invoice separately for courier costs. All applicable taxes and duties are paid by the customer at the country of delivery.

FREE School Delivery
Orders processed before 12 pm (during term time) will be delivered to your child's schoolbag by the next school day (subject to stock availability).

School delivery is only available during term time. We regret that school delivery is not available for Hill House.

Refund and Exchange Policy

New Uniform: Items can be returned to us indefinitely for an exchange or a full refund as long as they are unworn, in their original packaging, and still form part of the school's uniform, quoting the return reference. Please click on the return icon next to the item you wish to return within your order and follow the instructions of the automated email that is sent to you shortly afterwards.

Second-Hand Uniform: Items can be returned to us within 3 weeks of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Please click on the return icon next to the item you wish to return within your order and follow the instructions of the automated email that is sent to you shortly afterwards.

Sale Uniform: From time to time we may offer new uniform at a discounted price. Such sale items are not refundable.

All claims for missing, lost or damaged orders have to be submitted within 30 days from the date of despatch.
