Orders processed
before 12 pm (Monday to Thursday during term time) will be
delivered to your child's schoolbag in the same
day.
Orders processed
after 12 pm, on Fridays or during the week-end (including Bank
holidays) will be delivered to your child's schoolbag the
following school day.
School delivery is only available during term time and has been
suspended for Hill House.
Refund and Exchange
Policy
New Uniform: Unworn items can be
returned to us indefinitely for an exchange or a full refund as
long as they are unworn and in their original packaging, quoting
the original invoice number. Please email us on enquiries@lana-cotone.co.uk or call us on 0845 222 0384 to arrange for
items to be sent back and a refund/exchange to be
processed.
Second-Hand Uniform: Items can be
returned to us within 3 weeks of purchase for an exchange or a full
refund. Please email us on enquiries@lana-cotone.co.uk or call us on 0845 222 0384 to arrange for
items to be sent back and a refund/exchange to be processed.
Sale Uniform:From time to time we may
offer new uniform at a discounted price. Such sale items are not
refundable. However, unworn items can be returned to us for an
exchange within one week of delivery. Please email us on enquiries@lana-cotone.co.uk or call us on 0845 222 0384 to arrange for
items to be sent back and an exchange to be
processed.
